Information on the procedure

Anyone has the right to request the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or any element thereof. It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of accessibility, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio-description, etc.

The request should include

  1. the identity of the person making the request
  2. an indication of the relevant website or mobile application
  3. the contact method
Persons who express their need to receive information by an alternative means of access should also specify how the information is to be presented in a way convenient for them.

The public entity should comply with the request without delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall inform the person making the request without delay when it will be possible to comply with the request, but the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If digital accessibility is not possible, the public body may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.

Where a public entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or an alternative means of accessing the information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint about the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be made to the Ombudsman..

Physical accessibility

Dostępność architektoniczna siedziby, ul. Czerwonych Maków 98

  1. Budynek posiada 8 wejść, z czego 3 dostępne są dla osób ze szczególnymi potrzebami w zakresie niepełnosprawności motorycznej – wejście główne, wejście na galerię w części wschodniej budynku oraz wejście do doku hali. Wszystkie wejścia opatrzone są systemem kontroli dostępu, a wizyta w ośrodku osób niebędących pracownikami, czy użytkownikami i NCPS Solaris wymaga zgłoszenia się osób wizytujących na infoportierni znajdującej się przy wejściu głównym.
  2. Budynek wyposażono w windę przystosowaną do przewozu osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich. Dodatkowo winda posiada przyciski z alfabetem Braille’a oraz zapowiedzi głosowe. Winda umożliwia komunikację pionową w zakresie poziomów -1, 0, 1 segmentu B ośrodka, w tym dostęp do poziomu -1 hali synchrotronu. W ten sposób zapewniono dostęp do wszystkich pomieszczeń NCPS Solaris (z wyjątkiem specjalistycznych pomieszczeń technicznych obsługujących urządzenia i budynek).
    W budynku istnieją 4 klatki schodowe zapewniające komunikację pionową – główna klatka schodowa segment B, klatka schodowa w części wschodniej i w części północnej segmentu C oraz klatka schodowa pełniące rolę komunikacji pionowej w segmencie A.
    Korytarze są wolne od przeszkód architektonicznych i umożliwiają poruszanie się po całym budynku NCPS Solaris (za wyjątkiem specjalistycznych pomieszczeń technicznych) – po uprzednim uzyskaniu zezwolenia na wejście do stref o reglamentowanym dostępie.
    Toaleta dla niepełnosprawnych znajduje się w segmencie B na poziomie 0 i jest dostępna z holu głównego oraz na poziomie -1 (dojazd przy pomocy windy).
    Infoportiernia znajduje się w holu głównym, obok wejścia do budynku, telefon: 12 664 41 50.
  3. Dostęp do pomieszczeń (za wyjątkiem specjalistycznych pomieszczeń technicznych) nie wymaga zastosowania pochylni i platform. Komunikacja pozioma jest wolna od barier architektonicznych.
    Obiekt wyposażony jest w urządzenia AED.
    Pętla indukcyjna, jak również dodatkowe wsparcie możliwe jest po uprzednim zgłoszeniu wizyty osoby niepełnosprawnej z wyprzedzeniem co najmniej 7 dni. Prosimy o kontakt z panem Robertem Kuligiem, tel. 12 664 40 78, email: robert1.kulig@uj.edu.pl.
  4. Od strony południowej wyznaczono 2 miejsca oznakowane i przeznaczone dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Wejście do budynku znajduje się w odległości nie większej niż 30 m od parkingu.
  5. Budynek jest dostępny dla osób korzystających z pomocy psa asystującego.
  6. Tłumacz języka migowego w języku polskim jest dostępny po zgłoszeniu z wyprzedzeniem co najmniej 7 dni. Usługa jest bezpłatna i możliwa w godzinach 7:30-15:30 w dni powszednie.
