Information on the procedure
Anyone has the right to request the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or any element thereof. It is also possible to request that the information be made available through an alternative means of accessibility, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio-description, etc.
The request should include

- an indication of the relevant website or mobile application
- the contact method
The public entity should comply with the request without delay, but no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall inform the person making the request without delay when it will be possible to comply with the request, but the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of the request. If digital accessibility is not possible, the public body may propose an alternative means of accessing the information.
Where a public entity refuses to comply with a request to ensure accessibility or an alternative means of accessing the information, the person making the request may lodge a complaint about the provision of digital accessibility of the website, mobile application or an element of the website or mobile application. After exhausting the procedure indicated above, a request may also be made to the Ombudsman..
Physical accessibility
Dostępność architektoniczna siedziby, ul. Piastowska 26d
- W budynku przy ul. Piastowskiej 26 mieszczą się trzy jednostki organizacyjne UJ: Studium Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu, Zespół Pieśni i Tańca „Słowianki” oraz Biuro Sportu/AZS UJ. Budynek posiada łącznie 4 wejścia. Z tego 3 wejścia zapewniają dostęp do Studium WFiS, a jedno osobne wejście prowadzi do Biura Sportu/AZS, które niestety nie jest dostępne dla osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich. Do Biura Sportu prowadzą małe schodki - 3 stopnie. Jedno wejście do głównej części budynku (od strony parkingu) dostępne jest dla osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich (podjazd). Biuro Sportu/AZS nie ma połączenia z resztą budynku.
- W budynku znajdują się 2 klatki schodowe, którymi można dostać się na pierwsze piętro. W budynku brak windy. Korytarze i hol umożliwiają swobodne poruszanie się. W budynku znajduje się 1 toaleta dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zlokalizowana w Studium WFiS na parterze, naprzeciwko portierni. „Słowianki” oraz Biuro Sportu/AZS nie posiadają toalety dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. W Biurze Sportu znajduje się maleńki hol, który umożliwiają częściowo swobodne poruszanie się.
- W holu głównym znajduje się portiernia, w której można uzyskać pomoc oraz podstawową informację dot. trzech jednostek mieszczących się w budynku.
- Budynek posiada własny parking. Nie wyznaczono miejsc postojowych dla osób niepełnosprawnych, ale obok podjazdu znajduje się miejsce oznaczone „kopertą”.
- Obiekt jest dostępny dla osoby korzystającej z psa asystującego.
- W UJ można skorzystać z tłumacza polskiego języka migowego. Usługa jest dostępna w godzinach 7:30-15:30. W celu zapewnienia lepszego komfortu tłumaczenia, należy zgłosić do Działu ds. Osób Niepełnosprawnych UJ zapotrzebowanie na skorzystanie z usług tłumacza z wyprzedzeniem. Skorzystanie z usługi jest bezpłatne.
